Tom&Co are a forward-thinking Magento Agency that got ahead of the curb 10 years, building top-notch headless eCommerce websites. They design, build and maintain websites for top retailers, always with the consumer in mind.

What sets them apart from competitors is their collaborative approach toward clients.  They ensure the client is part of every decision, creating a site that feels truly authentic to them and then the end goal is to work together long term on keeping the website tip top! In 2021 Tom&Co grew by 60%, processing over £300 million in online sales and their websites saw over half a billion page views.

The past year has been a phenomenal year for Tom&Co in a multitude of ways. Taking on household name clients such as Sekonda, Micro scooters, and MyFUJIFILM and not to mention relaunching the websites for some of their long-standing award-winning clients such as Topps Tiles, Biscuiteers and Oliver Bonas.

The hard work has not gone unnoticed. Last year Tom&Co won 13 awards in high regarded awards such as The Drum DADI, The Adobe Experience Maker Awards, The Global Ecommerce Awards and The UK eCommerce Awards. See the full list of our award wins from the past year here!

Speaking to the Tom&Co team, we asked them what truly makes them proud. They said ‘What truly makes us proud is how happy we make our clients. Here are two testimonials we received last year after relaunched Biscuiteers and Oliver Bonas. We have also been working with both these clients for a decade, which we also think is pretty impressive!’

‘Working with Tom&Co has been like an extension of our own business. Their collaborative approach and use of headless technology have increased productivity and delivered above and beyond our expectations. They are a key partner of ours and their length of service is a testament to that.’. – Ben Curtis, Head of Ecommerce at Oliver Bonas.

‘We’ve been working with Tom&Co for 10 years and they’ve been at the heart of our e-commerce growth. With no internal development resource, they are firmly an extension of the Biscuiteers team – taking our ambitious, and sometimes abstract, ideas and turning them into development reality. There’s nothing better than us presenting Tom&Co with a tricky request and, after a pause, hearing ‘I think there is a way…!’  Lauren Juster, Marketing Director at Biscuiteers.

When asked what it would mean to the Tom&Co team to win eCommerce Agency of the Year in the UK Agency Awards, this is what they had to say; ‘We believe that work should be fun and that as a team we produce better work when people enjoy their job and are passionate about what they do. Our team’s achievements last year and the recognition they have received have been a testament to this. Whilst we have devoted the past year to creating unmatched websites and having our work for our clients recognised, we have yet to put ourselves forward for an award.  Until now! We want to recognise the team behind all these phenomenal builds. We believe our unparalleled headless expertise and our collaborative approach to clients warrant a trophy!
