This year, our commitment to excellence has been recognised as we’ve once again been named finalists in the 2024 UK Agency Awards. We’re thrilled to be in the running for four prestigious categories, including Best Social Media Campaign with Harry Ramsden’s, Best Marketing Campaign with Goodwoof, Social Media Agency of the Year, and Best Small Agency of the Year.

Our Journey:

Kitch is an award-winning, female-led social agency with a well-earned reputation for growing thriving communities and supercharging brands online. Our powerhouse team is made up of incredible individuals who have buckets of talent. 

Founded in 2012, we have guided an impressive portfolio of premium brands through the evolution of social media. We connect brands with people, managing all our clients’ social media needs. Our work includes an amazing line-up of premium food, drink and lifestyle businesses.

In-house, our company culture and values unite us, creating a collaborative community that has fun and makes great things happen. Being shortlisted for the 2024 UK Agency Awards is a testament to the innovative spirit and hard work that runs through our agency. 

Our Award-Nominated Work: Pioneering Campaigns:

  1. Best Social Media Campaign – Harry Ramsden’s
    Our TikTok campaign for Harry Ramsden’s blended tradition with modernity. Harry Ramsden’s, a brand with a rich history, wanted to connect with a younger audience while staying true to its heritage. We crafted a social media strategy that celebrated the brand’s legacy while injecting fresh content to drive brand recognition in future generations. In just 4 months, Harry Ramsden’s TikTok following grew to 2.58k and generated over 758.7K video views.
  2. Best Marketing Campaign – Goodwoof
    Based on our doorstep in West Sussex, the Goodwoof event is a grand celebration of all things dog at Goodwood, England’s greatest sporting estate. They tasked us with rolling out a new and elevated TikTok strategy for Goodwoof to reach a global audience and create viral dog content. We wasted no time – except for maybe watching one too many cute dog videos – in delivering results. In six months, we produced 10.3 million video views, grew their TikTok following to over 35k and increased engagement by 51,000%. 
  3. Social Media Agency of the Year & Best Small Agency of the Year
    These nominations are especially meaningful to us. They recognise not just individual campaigns but the collective effort and culture of Kitch. Being considered for Social Media Agency of the Year and Best Small Agency of the Year is a nod to our consistent performance, our dynamic team, and our ability to deliver exceptional results across the board. We are proud to be seen as leaders in our field, and these nominations validate our belief that small agencies can make a big impact.

Reflecting on Our Success:

Being awarded the Best Social Media Campaign award for our campaign with Panasonic at last year’s UK Agency Awards was a defining moment. It was a recognition of our ability to deliver high-calibre work that resonates on a national scale. 

Now, as finalists once again, we feel a huge sense of pride in not only the work we’ve delivered but also our brilliant team that made it possible. Here are some thoughts from Natalie Dunning – CEO & Founder, about what these nominations mean to us:
