Campaign Awards

The Campaign Awards recognise individual campaigns created by Agencies across multiple business sectors and in specialist areas of digital technology, marketing, and PR.

Across all categories, judges will be looking for clear campaign objectives, examples of data use that has informed strategy and target audience, details of any challenges faced and why you think your campaign achieved the desired outcomes and succeeded. Please be sure to include a concise overview of the campaign and why you believe your campaign should win this award.

Best Social Media Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding use of social media channels in a campaign.

Best SEO Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding use of SEO in a campaign.

Best PPC Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding use of PPC in a campaign.

Best PR Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding use of Public Relations in a campaign.

Best Not-for-Profit Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding not for profit or charity campaign.

Best Marketing Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding marketing campaign.

Best Integrated Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding integrated campaign.

Best Event

Recognition of an outstanding event that has successfully raised awareness of their client’s brand. This can be any kind of event including a product launch, conference, awards ceremony, seminar, large scale public event, press launch.

Best New Business Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding new business campaign that achieved excellent results and demonstrates a high-level of strategic thinking, creativity and/or innovation.

Best Crisis Communications or Response Campaign

Recognition of an outstanding crisis communication or response campaign.

Campaign Effectiveness Award

Recognition of an agencies client work that has had the biggest impact on their client’s business and is able to demonstrate the marketing payback.

Agency / Individual Awards

The Agency Awards categories are designed so that Agencies are recognised and rewarded for their specialist skills and areas of expertise. Agencies that demonstrate multiple skill sets can enter as many categories as they see fit their competencies and which match their success.

Across all categories, judges will be looking for clear team objectives, examples of recent campaigns/new business wins, examples of recent achievements, details of any challenges faced and why you think your team deserve to win the award. Please be sure to include a concise overview of the agency, number of staff, details of clients and turnover figures.

Judges reserve the right to award Small and Large Agency of the Year winners for each of the categories where appropriate:
Small Agency: Up to 25 employees
Large Agency: 26 & over employees

Best Agency Culture

Recognition of an agency for the creation of an exceptional new business culture, investing in training, support and development of its team to help them win new business and grow existing accounts.

COVID Business Continuity Award

Rising Agency Star Award

An award to recognise the UK’s rising agency star (under 25 years on the date of the awards ceremony).

Best New Agency (Under 18 Months Old)

Entries are welcomed from agencies which are under 18 months old on September 2021.

Biddable Media Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in biddable media.

Digital Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in the use of digital.

Media Buying Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in media buying.

B2B Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in B2B.

B2C Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in B2C.

eCommerce Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in eCommerce.

SEO Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in SEO.

PPC Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in PPC.

Integrated Search Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in Search, including SEO and PPC.

Social Media Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in social media.

Marketing Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in Marketing and brand management.

Creative/Advertising Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in Creative/Advertising.

Design Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in design and creativity.

CRO Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in CRO.

UX Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in UX.

Independent Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies that are independent.

PR Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which specialise in public relations, digital and traditional.

Innovative Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from agencies which have shown a commitment to innovation.

Integrated Agency of the Year

Entries are welcomed from integrated agencies.

Most Impressive Small Agency Growth

Entries are welcomed from small agencies (turnover £2million and under) who have shown an outstanding level of growth / new business wins in the period February 2020 – June 2021.

Most Impressive Large Agency Growth

Entries are welcomed from large agencies (turnover over £2million) who have shown an outstanding level of growth / new business wins in the period February 2020 – June 2021.

Entry Tips

Do: Always remember to tie your aims and objectives to your results and keep to the word count.

For Campaign Awards the judges want to see:

  • Keep your entries clear, precise and structured

  • Ensure your campaign objectives are easily identified to demonstrate decisions in respect of strategy and target audience

  • Demonstrate your creativity and innovation

  • Show effective implementation

  • Flaunt your results and success including ROI

  • Evaluate and show understanding

For Agency Awards the judges want to see:

  • Evidence of teamwork

  • Creativity and innovation

  • Team objectives and campaign examples

  • Challenges overcome and successes achieved


Do: Remember to explain why you believe you are a winner, this response can be the difference between shortlist and win.

Don’t: Try to bamboozle our judges with marketing fluff or weird language they are experts!
