About UX Connections
Founded by Chris in 2013, UX Connections is a UX agency headquartered in London. Over 9 years, we have grown into a global UX agency with offices in Gothenburg, New York and Sydney. We’ve worked across multiple sectors including financial services, healthcare, travel, media, telecommunication, retail and gaming. In all areas, our UX consultants aim to create engaging, innovative user experiences for brands.

UX Connections enjoys working with both agencies and direct clients. These two different client groups bring diversity to the projects we are involved in. Last year, we worked on a variety of projects, including a crypto currency investment platform, a virtual veterinary hospital, a property data platform, an award-winning news website, website of a sport monitoring company, a medical app built by a health-tech company and a website of a charitable organisation. The requirements from clients may differ from project to project, but our consultants always put users at the forefront and tailor solutions for each client. We conduct user research to understand the real user needs and create user-centred wireframes that ensure the best experience. The UX we provide underpins the success of clients’ products.

We can proudly say that we have achieved many objectives over the past year, including record-breaking billable days, turnover increase, new sectors and clients, team expansion, newly-opened offices and development of the marketing department.
