Bring Digital is a multi-award-winning digital agency, specialising in search and affiliate marketing for leading eCommerce brands. Founded in 2012, Bring Digital has grown rapidly into one of the country’s most prestigious agency brands. Their team of digital specialists provide eCommerce strategy for renowned brands such as Cotton Traders, American Golf and Formula 1.

Bring Digital has steadily grown from a one-person operation a decade ago to a team of more than 50. Those humble beginnings remain in the DNA of the team, so they were stunned to hear Bring Digital announced as the nation’s “Large Digital Agency of the Year” at the UK Agency Awards ceremony in London on the 21st of September.

The awards winners were announced on Thursday night at the ceremony hosted at the Sheraton Grand in London. It was an eventful night in which Bring Digital claimed two high-profile awards — the other being “Large SEO Agency of the Year” — and its parent company, Dark Matter Commerce, scooped up “Large eCommerce Agency of the Year”.

Here’s what the judges had to say:

“We thought it was great to see a range of examples of this agency’s work. The way they’ve integrated AI technology into reporting and adopted cost-saving localisation has resulted in brilliant growth and profitability. Well done, and congratulations on your achievements!”

The wins make a welcome addition to Bring Digital’s existing awards cabinet, which includes “UK eCommerce Agency of the Year 2020”, among many others.

Competing with the biggest and best

When the agency clinched the coveted award at the Montcalm Arch on the night, Stacey Purdie, Bring Digital’s Affiliates Marketing Director, was among the audience.

“I’ve had the privilege of being a part of Bring Digital during the last six years of its growth,” said Stacey. “To win Large Digital Agency of the Year is beyond what any of us imagined back in those early days. It’s a testament to our consistency in recruiting the best people to deliver award-winning work.”

Stacey believed that the win marked a turning point for the agency. “We know now that we’re a major player in the market. Now that we’ve reached over 50 staff, we have the momentum to reach a level attained by very few UK agencies. We want to work with global brands and continue to set the bar in our industry. “

“Thanks to all of the amazing judges who took the time to review our entries and recognised all the work that our team has put in. Roll on 2024!”

An SEO agency continuing to evolve

To the delight of the Bring Digital team, the agency scooped more than one big award on the night. Bring Digital also won the award for “Large SEO Agency of the Year”.

Ryan White, Head of SEO, was there to collect the award.

“The last twelve months have been full of challenging work with some really rewarding outcomes, too,” said Ryan. “To be recognised by some of the industry’s top professionals in a public forum puts into perspective all the hard work we’ve put in. The team truly deserves the win, but it still feels surreal!”

“Winning Large SEO Agency of the Year is a turning point that really puts us on the map,” Ryan continued. “Bring Digital started as a specialist SEO agency. While we continue to expand our service offering, that’s still our bread and butter, so it’s incredible to know we’re still regarded as the best in the business.”

Ryan also spoke about how much the win meant to him personally. “When I started working in SEO, winning an award like this was something I dreamed about. Now, that’s a reality. It’s the perfect motivation to push myself even further. There’s so much still to learn: Bring Digital is the best place to do that for me.”

Celebrating success together

Bring Digital’s Paid Media Director Jon Fisher described the anticipation in the room on the big night.

“There was definitely a lot of excitement. The UK Agency Awards is quite prolific now, so the stakes are high when you do get nominated. We’ve recently become part of the Dark Matter Commerce group — who also bagged an award — and it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with new colleagues in such a positive way. Lovely venue, as well: they pulled out all the stops!

Jon summarised his thoughts on why taking time out to reflect on the agency’s achievements is beneficial.

“I think it’s really important to come together to celebrate successes, especially when you work in an agency. There’s constant pressure in an agency setting, and the challenges can overwhelm you if you’re unable to let off some steam and focus on the wins. That’s what we did on the night.”

“Coming home with some silverware is obviously important,” said Jon, “but for me, having a dedicated time to reflect on the successes of the past year is a real boost for your mindset. Now, the team’s ready to stay at the forefront of the industry next year.

Justin Young, CEO at Bring Digital, said: “I firmly believe that outstanding work deserves recognition. That’s exactly what happened on the night. I, for one, am incredibly proud of the team at Bring Digital for delivering the kind of results that the judges couldn’t ignore.”

“Well done to every single one of our amazing team. Now, we need to dream even bigger!”
