We at Format-3 are truly honoured to have been shortlisted for the UK Agency Awards. As a young agency that only started in early 2023, this recognition feels particularly special. We’re grateful for this opportunity and excited to be in such esteemed company.

An Ambitious Beginning

When we launched Format-3, we had a simple yet ambitious goal: to bring together exceptional talent from around the world and create an agency model that puts people at the centre. We wanted to reimagine how start-ups and enterprises could work with top-tier global talent. It was a bit like planning a dinner party and inviting Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, and Nigella Lawson to cook together. Ambitious? Absolutely. A recipe for disaster? Maybe…

In our first year, we’ve been fortunate enough to build a team of talented individuals across the globe. We’re humbled by the trust our partners have placed in us, allowing us to generate $1.2 million in revenue. While we’re proud of this achievement, we know it’s just the beginning of our journey.

Shaking Things Up

At Format-3, we’re not just another digital agency. We’re more like that eccentric aunt who shows up at family gatherings with outrageous stories and brilliant ideas. We’re here to redefine what it means to be an agency in today’s world.

Our secret sauce? We don’t just deliver great work and wave goodbye. We roll up our sleeves, get elbow-deep in the trenches with our partners (yes, partners, not clients – we’re all in this together), and create moments of magic by combing business goals, customer needs with initiative technology.

Making Waves Across the Pond (and Beyond)

Our team now spans the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. This global perspective allows us to bring diverse insights to each project, while our embedded approach ensures we understand the local nuances of each market.

We’ve been fortunate to help start-ups generate over $10 million in revenue and funding, and we’ve supported larger enterprises in achieving 15% increases in their quarterly reviews. These results remind us of the real-world impact of our work, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to our partners’ success.

Some of Our Greatest Hits

  1. We helped Streamlayer win the Microsoft Gametech Innovation award and secure partnerships with NASCAR, NFL, and Masters. It’s like we’re the digital equivalent of a sports agent, but with less shouting and more coding.

2. We launched Bentkey, a kids’ streaming platform that became the #1 kids’ app on the App Store faster than you can say “Baby Shark”. Parents love it, kids love it, and it’s got ratings higher than a sugar-rushed toddler.

3. We created the industry’s first remote play gambling app, showcased at ICE London 2024. It’s like we brought Las Vegas to your living room, minus the Elvis impersonators.

4. We’re helping The Daily Wire transition from a news platform to a premium content provider. It’s like giving a newspaper a Hollywood makeover!

    Breaking the Mould

    We’re proud that we’ve created an agency where excellence is a given, but culture is king. Our “no clients, only partners” philosophy isn’t just a catchy slogan – it’s the heart and soul of Format-3.

    We’ve even ventured into customer service innovation, partnering with Customer Contact Week (CCW) in the United States. We’ve run workshops with leading enterprise executives, sharing our innovative frameworks that transform call centres from cost centres into revenue generators. Like the Fairy Godmothers of customer service, turning pumpkins into profit centres!

    The Cherry on Top

    Recently, our company website was recognised as ‘Site of the Day’ by Awwwards. While we’re proud of this achievement, we see it as motivation to continue pushing ourselves to deliver excellence in all aspects of our work.

    What This Nomination Means to Us

    Being shortlisted for the UK Agency Awards is truly humbling. It’s a reminder of the trust our partners have placed in us and the hard work our team puts in every day.
