We are thrilled to announce that Juno has been nominated in two prestigious categories at the UK Agency Awards: Best Agency Culture and Best Small Agency of the Year. These nominations highlight our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Best Agency Culture: The Foundation of Our Success

At Juno, culture isn’t just a set of values—it’s the heart of our organisation. We believe that a positive and empowering work environment is crucial for both employee well-being and client success. Our Unwritten Ground Rules (UGR) Initiative is designed to drive positive change through five core pillars: communication, efficiency, empowerment, inclusion, and growth.

The UGR Initiative is not just a framework but a dynamic approach to improving our workplace culture. We conduct regular stock takes, followed by anonymous one-to-one sessions with UGR Champions. These sessions create a safe space for employees to share their thoughts, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.

Complementing the UGR Initiative is our PEA Award, a unique take on employee recognition. The PEA Award goes beyond acknowledging standout contributions; it celebrates the collaborative spirit and reliability that drive our team. The winner, selected by peers, receives a £50 Amazon voucher, recognising their exceptional dedication.

Su Dias, our General Manager, reflects on the nomination: “Being nominated for Best Agency Culture is a tremendous honour. It validates our efforts to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.”

Best Small Agency of the Year: A Commitment to Client Success

Our nomination for Best Small Agency of the Year highlights our dedication to excellence in ecommerce. Our core objectives are client growth, long-term partnerships, and innovation.

Client Growth: We focus on delivering measurable growth for our clients by boosting key metrics such as organic traffic and conversion rates. Our case studies demonstrate significant improvements across various industries.

Long-Term Partnerships: We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, exemplified by our collaboration with Montane. We empowered their team to manage their UX independently while continuing to provide support, fostering a partnership that benefits both parties.

Innovation: Staying ahead in the fast-paced ecommerce world is essential. Our expertise in platforms like Shopify Plus allows us to deliver cutting-edge solutions. A recent example is the fast-track replatforming project for Oneskee, where we ensured a seamless transition for continued success.

Marina Prado, our Head of Marketing, shares her thoughts: “Being recognised as a finalist for Best Small Agency of the Year is incredibly rewarding. It reflects the hard work and passion our team puts into every project.”

What These Nominations Mean to Us

These nominations are a reflection of our values and commitment to excellence. They inspire us to continue pushing boundaries and creating an environment where our team can grow and thrive. We are grateful to the UK Agency Awards for this recognition and look forward to continuing our journey of growth and success.
