We’re delighted to share that B2B marketing agency, Hallam, has been shortlisted in four categories for the UK Agency Awards 2026. It’s an all-encompassing shortlist, spanning culture, agency performance and campaign delivery, and reflects a year in which the whole team has had plenty to be proud of.

Who we are

Hallam is a B Corp-certified, 100% employee-owned B2B marketing agency founded in 1999. We work across Brand, Reach, Experience and Data to help ambitious B2B companies grow, blending strategic thinking with the kind of technical depth that turns marketing into a genuine revenue driver. In the last year we completed our transition to full employee ownership, repositioned the agency to a B2B specialist, and launched Better B2B, a community for B2B marketers to connect and learn from one another.

The work we entered

Best Culture Transformation Initiative

In the summer of 2025, 100% of Hallam’s equity transferred from its founding shareholders into an Employee Ownership Trust, making every single member of the team a beneficial owner of the business. It’s a permanent, structurally-backed change, governed by an EOT Board with elected employee representatives, and it sits within a much longer story of values-led leadership at Hallam. From our B Corp certification through to the business can be better ethos the agency has championed since 2022.

Best Large Agency of the Year & B2B Agency of the Year

These entries cover a year of turning strategy into results, with new business targets exceeded, a plethora of new B2B client-wins, and a 42% pitch win rate from the team. We also lived up to the transformational objectives we set ourselves in 2025: B2B repositioning, a hybrid delivery model, embedded AI adoption and employee ownership. These entries showcase standout client work for the likes of CovertSwarm, Holcim, Fora and Infodesk, plus Hallam’s own proprietary tools: the Elements framework, Share of LLM, and The Third Eye.

We make the case for how far Hallam’s B2B focus has come in twelve months: a genuine strategic repositioning backed by real commercial risk, the launch of the Better B2B community from scratch to over 500 members, plus B Corp re-certification, all while keeping long-standing clients properly supported through the shift.

Best PPC Campaign – Infodesk “Intelligence. Activated.”
This entry covers a full-funnel global paid media campaign for Infodesk, a regulatory intelligence platform for the life sciences sector. Targeting one of B2B’s hardest audiences, regulatory and compliance professionals scattered across 10+ countries. The campaign combined LinkedIn thought leadership, geo-targeted DOOH at a Baltimore industry conference, and tightly-targeted paid search. The result was an impressive year-on-year increase in MQLs for the business.

What being shortlisted means to us

This awards season is meaningful as it lands exactly one year since we became fully employee-owned and every person behind this work now has a genuine stake in what Hallam achieves.

“Being shortlisted for these awards off the back of a transformational year for Hallam feels like proof that the last twelve months of change have paid off. This recognition belongs to the whole team, not a handful of people at the top.”
 – Molly Watters, Head of Marketing, Hallam

“Every one of these shortlists represents our commitment to doing things differently, whether that’s who owns the business or who we choose to work with. Seeing that recognised by the industry means a lot to everyone.”
 – Jake Third, CEO, Hallam

Whatever the outcome, being shortlisted in categories covering culture, agency performance and campaign delivery, is a genuine reflection of the work the whole team has put in this year.
