PUSH won two awards at the UK Agency Awards 2026: Innovative Agency of the Year and Best Not for Profit Campaign.
The first judges how the agency runs. The second judges one campaign for one client. We entered both with evidence.
Innovative Agency of the Year
The category looks at an agency’s structure, operations and use of technology. PUSH entered with AI built into daily work: 157 live agents and 145 automated workflows running on client accounts.
Every member of staff is trained through a five-level AI maturity model. It runs from prompt engineering to deploying your own agents without central support.
The internal numbers are specific. DIAL Agent, trained on a decade of PUSH campaign data, cuts account manager research time by 70%. Wider AI adoption cut PUSH’s cost-per-output by 40%.
The win follows Best Use of AI at the UK Agency Awards 2025 and Best Use of AI in Search at the UK Search Awards 2025. PUSH has also won Google and Microsoft awards six years running.

Best Not for Profit Campaign: Muslim Hands, Ramadan 2026
Muslim Hands needed to raise funds in Canada, South Africa and the USA during the 40 days of Ramadan. Competitors had budgets four times larger, which pushed up CPCs. Platform policy also bans remarketing for religious charities, so standard retargeting was unavailable.
PUSH built the campaign around three tactics:
- Low-CPC appeals such as Food Packs and Orphan Care won the auctions. On-site journeys then guided donors to Water projects, where average donations were up to 12.3x higher.
- Pre-launch YouTube and Discovery campaigns built brand search volume, which delivered up to 97.2% branded impression share without paid remarketing.
- Scripts scaled daily budget caps in real time as ROAS thresholds were met. Campaigns kept spending through the final 10 nights.
The campaign beat revenue targets on all three continents. Peak ROAS reached 910%. Donations hit the highest volume in the charity’s history: CAD 1.9M in Canada, ZAR 6.5M in South Africa and USD 659K in the USA.
Ali Haider at Muslim Hands said: “Record results across three continents with brilliant strategic thinking and flawless execution.”

What the judges said
“Competing successfully in a challenging market is impressive, with the clever auction strategy, clear strategic thinking and outstanding results. A well-written submission that demonstrated both creativity and measurable impact for the charity.”
What the wins mean to PUSH
“Innovative Agency of the Year looks at how an agency runs, not just what it delivers. We rebuilt PUSH around AI, and 157 live agents and 145 automated workflows now sit inside our daily work. Best Not for Profit Campaign shows what that system produces when it meets a hard brief. Muslim Hands gave us a 40-day window, three continents and competitors with budgets four times ours. The team delivered the highest donation volume in the charity’s history. I’m proud of every person who built it.”
Steve Hyde, Co-Founder, PUSH
Praful Roy, Senior Account Manager, and Rohan Moona, Account Director, collected the Innovative Agency of the Year award on the night.
