About UX Connections
Founded by Chris in 2013, UX Connections is a UX agency headquartered in London. Over 9 years, we have grown into a global UX agency with offices in Gothenburg, New York and Sydney. We’ve worked across multiple sectors including financial services, healthcare, travel, media, telecommunication, retail and gaming. In all areas, our UX consultants aim to create engaging, innovative user experiences for brands.
At UX Connections, we believe in talent and potential. Every consultant has the ability to take responsibility and deliver for clients. Besides, we take pride in our flexibility – we fit in with the client’s team whether it’s an agency or in-house product team, we take on projects whether big or small. Our Work
UX Connections enjoys working with both agencies and direct clients. These two different client groups bring diversity to the projects we are involved in. Last year, we worked on a variety of projects, including a crypto currency investment platform, a virtual veterinary hospital, a property data platform, an award-winning news website, website of a sport monitoring company, a medical app built by a health-tech company and a website of a charitable organisation. The requirements from clients may differ from project to project, but our consultants always put users at the forefront and tailor solutions for each client. We conduct user research to understand the real user needs and create user-centred wireframes that ensure the best experience. The UX we provide underpins the success of clients’ products.
The Nomination
We are glad that our work is recognised by the jury, standing out in such a competitive industry. Being shortlisted as the best UX agency of 2022 is a milestone for UX Connections. We can proudly say that we have achieved many objectives over the past year, including record-breaking billable days, turnover increase, new sectors and clients, team expansion, newly-opened offices and development of the marketing department. The nomination boosts our morale and motivates us to continue with what we are doing.
