RCCO is a creative agency for tech brands. Specialising in brand, web, and video, we’ve become experts in supporting our clients through product launches, increasing revenue, and gaining investment. Proving that with a small team (there are only 18 of us!), you can still be mighty. And we are beyond delighted to have made the shortlist for the Small Agency of the Year award.

If you have a spare few minutes, we’ll tell you a little bit about what we do.

Introducing RCCO

The RCCO model is a little different to the standard. While we’re a close-knit team of designers, developers, and content creators, we operate an unlimited working away benefit with members collaborating across five different countries in Europe. We have people from all different backgrounds. We care more about drive and creativity than education, valuing every unique perspective. Our founder skipped uni in favour of an apprenticeship, our CTO came to us as a self-taught Front-End Developer having worked on projects for Vodafone and Tesla. We value both autonomy and work-life balance – because when you’re happy in your work, you do better for your clients.

What we do

While RCCO specialises in digital design and development, we have two specialist teams providing additional client support. WILD is our story-led video and animation production team. RAMP is our No-Code development team, dedicated to Webflow websites and apps. And we work with some of the biggest brands in the world. Including 20+ teams globally at Google and a further 25 startups in tech with investment. While, on paper, our biggest achievements lie with the big names, we take as much pleasure in supporting the rising stars as they find their feet. Because that’s where we started too.

Top projects

But, of course, it’s the big names that have helped to drive our success.

With Ad-Lib.io, the creative ad tech brand, we have partnered on a four-year collaboration. Helping them to scale their brand, from a team of 2 to more than 200 employees. Supporting them from creation to being ready to sell to Smartly.io earlier this year, for more than $100M.

We worked with Think with Google, helping them to find innovative new ways to display their marketing insights to viewers. We collaborated on a new YouTube series providing lessons to marketers in animation format. The first animation we produced saw 500k views organically on YouTube in less than a month.

While for Amazon analytics product, Nozzle.ai, we worked in partnership with Gripped (a paid marketing agency), supporting them to drive 10k sessions into 250 leads per month. Building a new Webflow website and utilising A/B testing with Google Optimize. Following a series of growth experiments, Hubspot integration, and lead generation, we enabled the brand to raise £2M seed investment.

We’ve achieved a lot. But there is so much more to do. And that’s why being short listed for Small Agency of the Year 2022 means such a lot.

How we feel about being shortlisted

Woohoo!

We are very excited to be shortlisted!

Very.

And we are beyond grateful to our team for doing such a great job of putting our clients first and helping them achieve such fantastic results.

RCCO is a small B2B agency. But we like to think of ourselves as a “Small Giant”. We’re a little brand making big waves. And it’s incredible to receive the industry recognition that being shortlisted by the UK Agency Awards brings. We congratulate all agencies that have been shortlisted, and look forward to meeting them at the Awards night. We’ll be keeping everyone posted on our Instagram!
