We have prioritised work-life balance for our team by embracing a four-day work week (4DW) whilst maintaining high productivity and creativity for our clients. The 4DW has allowed our team the flexibility to have time to explore other interests and hobbies or spend quality time with their friends and family.
We put a lot of emphasis on growth and collaboration, both for our clients but also our team’s personal growth. As part of that, we set KPIs for each team member around training so that they are encouraged and have time set aside to stay ahead of digital trends and bring new ideas to our clients.
We also encourage group training sessions where a member of the team learns something and presents back to the rest of the team for discussion.

The project that earned us a spot as a finalist for the Best PPC Campaign Award was a campaign for The AA Ireland, focused on increasing lead volume and sales.
Using the entire funnel and Google best practice and robust tracking, we were able to align our strategy with the clients’ goals, maximising the effectiveness of the campaigns through seasonal peak periods and drive the results the client needed.

We’re proud to be nominated for the “Integrated Search Agency of the Year” award, recognizing our strategic and creative prowess.
Our work includes launching Gibson Games’ board game, Kingmaker, through a Google Ads campaign that enhanced brand awareness and drove sales with engaging visuals.
We boosted AA Ireland’s quote volumes and market share by targeting likely customers, achieving a 28.48% increase in quote targets. We also maintained a strong impression share within the market of 44.7%, the highest among our competitor set
For EJ Menswear, we have successfully grown the account by strategically incorporating custom labels within the PMAX structure and deploying a “Top Products” shopping only campaign. This approach ensured that the most in-season and popular items obtained maximum visibility across shopping placements. We also managed to main an ROAS of around 8 in the highly competitive market,
