Introducing Pivotal, the 2025 Best Digital Agency of the Year

Who We Are

We are Pivotal, a small brand and commerce agency based in Norwich. We help ambitious, growth-focused brands scale through smart strategy, sharp creative, and joined-up delivery. Over the past year, we’ve partnered with clients across sectors including health and wellness, lifestyle, tech, and luxury retail, helping them strengthen their brands, elevate their commerce experiences, and drive measurable growth.

Our team structure keeps things simple but effective. Our four core departments – Marketing, Development, Onboarding, and Strategy – work closely together, supported by a leadership team that’s grown from within.

Our culture is built on clarity, growth, and care. Every team member has access to a mentor, regular PDPs, and a mapped progression route through our internal programme: Pathfinder. The commitment to our people hasn’t gone unnoticed, we were also shortlisted for Best Agency Culture. While we didn’t take home the title, being recognised for the culture we’ve worked so hard to create is something we’re deeply proud of.

Our Award-Winning Work

We entered the Best Digital Agency category with work that truly represents what we do best: creative problem solving, technical precision, and measurable results. One of our standout projects was with Red Dragon Darts, where we completely restructured their paid media approach across Meta and Google. By aligning creative strategies with key seasonal moments, we helped the brand achieve record-breaking growth. Alongside this, our Klaviyo email strategy strengthened customer retention and owned revenue, creating a consistent uplift across channels. The combined impact transformed performance, driving exceptional sales results and positioning Red Dragon Darts for long-term success.

Winning Best Digital Agency at the UK Agency Awards is a validation for the way we’ve chosen to grow. We’ve scaled carefully, built sustainable systems, and kept people at the heart of it all. Every new project and client strengthen a culture that balances performance with purpose.

We’ve never chased recognition; we focused on doing the work and doing it well. To win on our first entry and be recognised by our peers makes the moment even more meaningful.

What’s Next

Looking ahead, our focus is on continuing to build a stronger, more sustainable business. We’re growing carefully, deepening our long-term client relationships and finding smarter ways to deliver work that has real impact. Our internal forecasting tools, Oriented and Visual Jarvis, are helping us plan and perform with greater visibility and confidence.

At the same time, we’re investing in our people through structured development, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities. The culture we’ve built matters and protecting it remains a priority as we expand.

Community will always be part of who we are and every year we have dedicated volunteering days for our team to be able to give back to it. We’ll continue to support causes that reflect our values, including The Feed, Run Norwich, Basketball in the Community, Norfolk Women in Marketing and the DevelopHER Awards.

Winning Best Digital Agency is a proud moment for everyone at Pivotal. It marks a milestone in our journey, but our focus remains the same: to keep building a business that grows with purpose.
