Since its establishment in 2019, Seeblue has rapidly positioned itself as a formidable contender in the B2B agency sector. As a completely independent agency, our journey has been driven by a “friendly but fierce” ethos, fuelling our relentless commitment to vision, culture, and innovation. Today, as we stand strong and thriving at the five-year mark, we are honoured to be Finalists for not just one or two – but 5 Agency Awards: Best Use of ABM, ABM Campaign of the Year, B2B Agency of the Year, Innovative Agency of the Year and Small Agency of the Year.

Award Finalists:  Our work in Action

ADP’s Global Payroll Solution

For ADP, Seeblue developed an ABM campaign targeting decision-makers within 38 prospect accounts. Utilizing a multi-channel approach, we successfully engaged these key stakeholders, demonstrating the power of personalized and strategic outreach. What sets our ABM programme apart from other campaigns is how it has reshaped processes and methodology across an enterprise organisation. What was intended to be a 6-week setup, with 12-weeks of in-market execution, developed into a 6-month journey of adapting ADP’s internal processes. Our ability to adapt and win internal approval alongside our key stakeholder Kate Dennis shows how uniquely agile this programme has been. In Kate’s words “from little acorns, mighty oaks grow.”

Virgin Media O2 Business (VMO2B)

Our work with VMO2B involved the creation of the first 1: few ABM campaign specifically targeting the Retail sector. Our objective was to engage key decision-makers, position VMO2B as a vendor that truly understands the Retail industry and generate a robust pipeline of opportunities. Where typical personalisation for 1: few is done at sector level only; Seeblue delivered account level segmentation and personalisation at scale, resulting in 159 personalised experiences. As Trey Harnden, Folloze, reflected “Seeblue takes a very inventive approach to ABM by leveraging the leading AI tools and pairing the newest & tried and true ABM strategies to build, manage, and drive results at an unprecedented speed and success rate for their customers.”

So what’s the Seeblue difference?

Clarity on vision

Seeblue’s five-year vision, dubbed “20/30/40,” is a testament to our ambition to become a top 20 independent agency. September 2022 marked a pivotal shift for Seeblue as we turned our focus to enterprise clients. This strategic pivot led to the acquisition of seven new global logos, a testament to our agile and adaptive approach. Embracing technological advancements, we appointed a Head of AI and integrated artificial intelligence across all processes. This move has significantly boosted our efficiency and operational effectiveness, enabling us to be even more agile for our clients.

Commitment to quality and culture

What we believe sets Seeblue apart is our unwavering commitment to a high-performance culture. We are proud to report a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100, reflecting our clients’ experience and trust in our services. Our whole team, from founders to new recruits, embodies a growth mindset, fostering an environment where innovation and excellence thrive.

We believe in the importance of psychological safety, encouraging our team to experiment and take risks. Initiatives such as “Word of the Week,” “Chilli-o-meter,” and “Vibe Check” contribute to a vibrant and supportive workplace culture. This combination of high performance, ambition, and a supportive environment enables us to deliver exceptional results consistently.

Resilience and Recognition

In an industry where 50% of new businesses fail within five years, Seeblue’s resilience and creativity have been instrumental to our success. As Orla Murphy, Seeblue’s Co-Founder comments “Without the safety net of an agency group or shared resources, we have made a monumental collective effort to navigate challenges and emerge stronger. Our “friendly but fierce” approach has been the cornerstone of our journey, and we are immensely proud of what we have achieved.”

Reflecting on the award entries themselves, Co-Founder Helen Brown says “we entered 5 categories and to be finalists for all 5 is simply amazing! It’s a massive well done to the Seeblue team, there isn’t a single person who hasn’t contributed to the work that sits behind these entries – from our client campaigns to our culture, focus on quality and hunger to do an outstanding job. We’re delighted.”

At Seeblue, we are excited about the future and remain steadfast in our mission to redefine the B2B agency landscape with our unique blend of creativity, agility, and high performance.
