We are beyond thrilled to be the winners of the Creative/Design Agency of Year (small) at the UK Agency Awards – for the second year running!

Recognised for our dedication to excellence, long-lasting client relationships and high staff retention, the judges commented:

“Ergo Creative clearly take pride in their business and clients. They presented a comprehensive overview with strong objectives, demonstrating a well-balanced integration of client satisfaction, talent retention and revenue growth. It was refreshing to see such pride in their achievements, especially in the context of specific business challenges. Their dedication to excellence is evident and commendable.”

Ergo is a multi-award-winning creative agency in the Cotswolds – going beyond the imagination to envision and execute innovative ideas for brand, digital and industrial design. We run in-depth brand workshops that many of our clients have taken advantage of and enjoyed, gaining priceless insights into their business and brand on a whole new level.

Across all three segments of our business, we use those strategic insights to push creative boundaries – transforming and reimagining how our clients tell their stories, and leveraging our passion for uniqueness to their greatest advantage.

What winning means to us

We have had another great year flexing our creative muscles, working hard to overcome challenges and excelling in areas across all of our business, culminating in us coming out on top as winners yet again.

Directors Neil Livesey and Tom Walton said, “To have won the Creative/Design Agency of the Year award for the second year in a row is a fantastic achievement and testament to our amazing team who continue to produce award-winning work. Knowing this is independently judged by industry experts makes us immensely proud.”

The 2024 finals were in fact our fourth year attending the UK Agency Awards ceremony, being finalists in both 2021 and 2022, then winning our first award for Creative/Design Agency of Year (small) in 2023. Last year’s milestone win felt like such a huge achievement – now we are simply bowled over to win again!

Furthermore, our work for clients Naseby, Nord Anglia Education, and UK AgriTech Centre saw us win a gold award and two silver awards at the 2024 London Design Awards – for UX/I Design, Communication Design and Employer Branding respectively.

For a mostly remote working team – with one employee operating almost entirely from Sweden – we work in a remarkably cohesive, collaborative and supportive way. Distance is no barrier to the caring, flexible, people-first approach we have at Ergo. However, it does result in the full team gathering only a handful of times a year. The UK Agency Awards was one of those rare opportunities to not only see each other, but let our hair down, have fun together and celebrate our achievement!

To sum up

At Ergo, we pride ourselves on the difference we make – always going beyond the ordinary to do more than simply ‘meet the brief’. The full force of our collective creativity is consistently applied to businesses large and small, global and local – and that’s why we believe we have engendered such long lasting and positive client relationships over our 15 years in business.

This year has truly been a year of recognition and reward for that dedication to excellence the judges spoke of in their comments. Each year our achievements get bigger and better – and we aim to not only maintain but beat our winning record next year, with more wins at the 2025 UK Agency Awards.

But the only problem with more award wins is – we’re going to need a bigger shelf to keep them all on!

Finally, we want to say a huge thank you to the clients and everyone involved who have made Ergo what it is today – a small but ambitious multi-award-winning creative agency, going above and beyond to create impressive results for our clients. Without everyone working as hard and harmoniously as they do, there’s no way we could have come as far as we have – and for that we are hugely grateful.
