Hedonist share their UK Agency Awards debut!

This year is Hedonist Creative’s first entry into the UK Agency Awards, and we’re so proud to be nominated. Over the past few years, we’ve been challenged, strengthened, and grown, and this moment feels like a celebration of just how far we’ve come!

As part of our evolution, we brought our key services in-house across content, design, and production, while also upskilling our events team to deliver end-to-end services. This doubled our team size, gave us full ownership of critical areas, and ensured flawless execution across every project. Most importantly, it has strengthened our expertise and positioned us as a full-service agency, capable of managing every part of the customer journey from concept to delivery.

As we continue to grow, gain more clients, and celebrate more results with our partners, this nomination is a real chance to pause, reflect, and take pride in the agency we’re building today.

From Hospitality, For Hospitality

Hedonist Creative is a brand agency specialising in the hospitality industry. From concept to execution, we create bold brand activations, bespoke strategies, and standout content that turn visionary ideas into lasting impressions. Led by Daniel Crowther, Samantha Neary, and Jonathan Lee, our leadership team brings decades of expertise spanning venue operation, trade engagement, and beyond.

At the heart of the agency is a team of 20 food and drink specialists united by one mission: to bring creativity to life through impactful brand experiences. What sets us apart is that we’re hospitality-first. Every member of our team has lived and breathed the industry, working on the ground and facing the same challenges as the professionals we now support. Rooted in real-world experience, we know how to create strategies, activations, and content that matter, built on understanding and designed for impact.

This approach extends to how we treat our own team. Since March 2023, we’ve also maintained 0% staff turnover reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and building a culture where people thrive. For us, success isn’t just about growth; it’s about creating a place where our team want to stay, develop, and deliver their best work.

The Work that Got Us Here

Our award-nominated work showcases the scale and diversity of what we do best.

Halloween Tango Takeover

For the second year, we brought Tango to life as a mixing ingredient through a full end-to-end campaign. From fresh and revived Gen Z-inspired serves to recipe cards, training materials, and engaging social content, we built a toolkit that hit every touchpoint. The campaign came to life with immersive university activations across the UK that connected directly with both trade and consumers.

London Essence Event Season

For the past six years, London Essence has trusted us to deliver their event season. In 2024, we led a year-long programme of 23 prestigious activations, including Salon Privé Chelsea and Blenheim where we exceeded drink targets, managed complex overnight bar resets, and designed event assets now used globally.

Mix with Carlsberg Britvic Programme

This ongoing programme combines training, digital tools, and accreditation to upskill the bar trade. Between March 2024–2025, 435 bartenders throughout the UK participated in 68 events, creating 12,865 tasting moments.

These projects highlight our ability to deliver mass-market consumer activations, luxury events, and long-term trade programmes, underpinned by enduring client partnerships with Carlsberg Britvic and PepsiCo across multiple regions.

Redefining Out-of-Home Experiences

One of our leading areas of expertise is shaping how brands show up in all hospitality channels. We are at the forefront of the out-of-home beverage revolution, and our team regularly fuels discovery days that research, develop, and deliver on-trend serve strategies, helping brands stay ahead of evolving market trends.

Advocacy runs alongside this work, bringing authenticity, relevance, and depth to brand storytelling where it matters most, in the drinking moment. Through customer immersion sessions, such as our Mix with Carlsberg Britvic programme, we’ve driven measurable results. Combined with creative drinks presentation, design, and content, this ensures brands connect with consumers in meaningful and memorable ways.
